House Physicians
We are seeking per diem House Physicians licensed in the State of Connecticut. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must also have recent inpatient acute care training.
Physical Therapists
- Full-time - 40 Hour Day position - Float Pool
- Full-time - 40 Hour Day position - Close Observation Unit
- Per Diem PT and PTA
Required: Bachelor's degree from an acredited college or university with a major in Physical Therapy, current CT licensure, and a valid drivers license.
Current CPR certification preferred.
Nursing Clinical Resource Skin and Wound Care Consultant
- Full-time - Day Shift, some weekends and off shifts will be required, Clinical Resources
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Current RN CT license; certification in wound management; minimum of five years clinical experience; demonstrated leadership, teaching and interpersonal skills; demonstrated experience collaborating within an interdisciplinary team; commitment to life-long learning through continuing personal/professional growth and development. The Clinical Resource Consultant is a nursing leader and clinical expert in the management of patients related to skin and wound care. This individual utilizes the nursing process to develop, implement, and evaluate an organized program for the prevention and management of skin care issues. Role responsibilities include staff education and competency, patient assessment/intervention, policy/practice standards development and quality improvement. The Nursing Clinical Resource Skin and Wound Care Consultant works collaboratively with managers to provide ongoing monitoring and oversight of clinical practice.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Part-time- 20 hours, Float Pool
Required: Associates degree from accredited occupational therapy assistant program;
Initial certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc.; current CT license; maintains continued competency requirements as defined by state and valid driver’s license.
RN Shift Manager
- Part-time - 20 hours, 1 evening shift, 1 night shift position
Required: Reporting to the VP, Patient Care Services the Shift Manager has responsibility and accountability for patient care activities, personnel management, staffing coordination, and operational management on a designated shift. The successful candidate will possess a current RN Connecticut license and a minimum of 3 years professional experience and one year supervisory experience. Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, and competence in the clinical area are also required. BSN or MSN preferred.
Speech-language Pathologist
- Part-time - 12 hours, Float Pool
Required: Must be an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who has graduated from an ASHA-accredited Master's program in Speech-Language Pathology and possess State of CT license and ASHA certificate of clinical compentency.
Neurobehavioral Technician
- Part-time 24 hours - Evening Shift - Neurobehavioral Program
Required: High School diploma or equivalent, valid & current driver’s license; must have the ability to read write and understand instructions. Preferred: nurse’s aide certification, experience in a rehabilitation/treatment setting and experience working in a team environment. Our Neurobehavioral program is for patients with traumatic and non-traumatic brain injuries, which may include aneurysm, anoxia and tumors. The Neurobehavioral Technician is a paraprofessional care giver who assists in the care and treatment of a group of patients under the direction and supervisions of the Team Leader and/or Registered Nurse.

Aquatic Fitness Instructor
- Per Diem - Day/Evening and Saturday hours available
Required: High School Education, CPR Certification including Automated External Defibrillation (AED), 2-years teaching experience as a water aerobics instructor and Aquatic Exercise Association Instructor Certification. The Aquatic Fitness Instructor is responsible for instructing a variety of aquatic exercise classes as well as choreographing routines and coordinating music. This position requires the ability to deliver safe and effective group exercise instruction to class participants with varying fitness levels. Plans and teaches correct fitness methods in a logical progression, demonstrating the ability to develop various workout routines to include; the use of equipment, ongoing motivation, and feedback regarding proper execution of movements.
Assistant Child Care Teachers
- Per Diem - Child Care Center
Required: High School Diploma or equivalency and the ability to provide ongoing evidence of enrollment in a
Program to obtain a Child Development Associate (CDA) or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education; minimum or one to two years experience working in a licensed child care center or group setting and strong interpersonal skills. In this position you must work effectively with children from infant to preschool age. You will also provide support to the Teacher and other classroom staff in the planning and implementation of the creative curriculum and developmentally appropriate activities for children,. You will also actively assist the Teacher and other classroom staff in maintaining NAEYC accreditation and documentation, provide the Teacher with written documentation and feedback regarding children’s development.
