Our Health and Fitness programs pay particular attention to the needs and desires of people with disabilities to participate in recreational and competitive sports. Brittany Farms Health Center Brittany Farms Health Center is a 284-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to its residents' care and rehabilitation needs, and is a member of the Hospital for Special Care community.
