Foundation of Special Care's Annual Appeal provides support each year to all areas of Hospital for Special Care and its affiliates. The annual contributions of individuals, businesses and organizations provide consistent income that is relied upon each year. Donor gifts can be unrestricted or may be directed toward a specific program or area.

Many corporations match the charitable gifts made by employees and Board members who serve charitable institutions. To receive information about a company's matching gift program, please contact your human resources department.

Commemorative gifts are given for many reasons - in honor of an occasion, or as an expression of bereavement. It is a unique way to honor or memorialize a loved one. Gifts can be unrestricted or directed toward a particular program or service that may have benefited your family member or friend. All contributions are appreciated and acknowledged to both the donor and the family. With gifts that accumulate to a minimum of $1,000, a stone paver will be placed in the Hospital for Special Care courtyard bearing the name of your family member or friend.

Each year through the generous support of corporations and foundations, Hospital for Special Care and its affiliates are able to advance our mission. The Corporate Partners Program, which benefits our Sports, Training and Leadership Program, provides a variety of sponsorship opportunities, including special events and year round recognition.

• Platinum, $25,000 and above
• Diamond, $15,000 - $24,999
• Gold, $10,000 - $14,999
• Silver, $5,000 - $9,999
• Bronze, $2,500 - $4,999
• Special Friend, $1,500
