Foundation of Special Care has established a program to recognize individuals, businesses and foundations who show a special commitment and interest in supporting Hospital for Special Care and its affiliates.
Annual Giving Recognition
Foundation of Special Care recognizes gifts to the Annual Fund in the following manner:
- Leadership Circle, $2,500 and above
- Founder's Association, $1,000 - $2,499
- President's Council, $500 - $999
- Benefactor's Guild, $250 - $499
- Century Club, $100 - $249
- Friends, $1 - $99
Wall of Honor
Foundation of Special Care established a special way to say thank you to the many caring individuals, families, businesses and foundations who have given support to the hospital over a period of years. Located in the main hallway, near the outpatient center is the Wall of Honor, which recognizes cumulative giving, as well as single gifts and bequests.
Qualification levels of recognition for this Wall are:
- Bronze Circle, $10,000 - $24,999
- Silver Circle, $25,000 - $49,999
- Gold Circle, $50,000 - $99,999
- Platinum Circle, $100,000 - $499.999
- Diamond Circle, $500,000 +
