Formally established as an affiliate of the Center of Special Care in 1999, the Foundation of Special Care, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that raises charitable funds for the benefit of Center of Special Care and its nonprofit affiliates-Hospital for Special Care, HSC Community Services, Inc., and Brittany Farms Health Center. The Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of people with physical disabilities through philanthropy. By making charitable gifts to the Foundation, lives are rebuilt, independence is restored, and self-confidence is regained.
